HISTORY

Accounting Consulting Concepts “ACC” commenced in April 2005 as a sole proprietorship.  Dwayne Belle, having over 17 years in the accounting field had a vision to provide quality accounting and tax services at reasonable prices. ACC elected to form an LLC in December 2006.  Under this business structure, ACC have two members.  This business structure allows for more flexibility with business relationships and credit worthiness.  The second member, Matthew Shead has 20 years experience in Consumer Finance and Customer Service with American Express, G.E. and other financial institutions; serving in several positions such as collections, management, benefits and payroll.  He has also taken several classes in Real Estate with Georgia MLS.  He has served in several positions within GE that will definitely benefit ACC.  Knowing that a business needs several units to succeed, ACC applied its talents and resources into property management.  ACC got its first property management client in August 2006.  At the end of 2006, ACC had obtained over 7 properties to manage.  ACC now has 16 single home properties located throughout the Atlanta area.  ACC has developed a strong alliance with realtors, brokers and lenders in order to continue to generate business in this business unit.

With over 20 years of combined public accounting and management advisory experience the firm has a vast pool of talent and experience as well as a proven quality control system available to help clients achieve desired results.

In addition to general public accounting experience, members of the firm have specific experience in the following areas: hotel management; serving as controller or; starting, owning and operating businesses; computer programming; computer networking; personnel recruiting; retail business; not-for-profit enterprises; SBA loan acquisition; commercial and real estate loan acquisition; leading company retreats; writing business plans; designing real estate investments; commercial real estate development; and negotiating business acquisitions and sales.
